Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a Genesis Global Group member, is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to manage a large client base and act as a liaison between management and customers to resolve issues.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel. Travel within the coverage area and nationwide travel may be required; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful customer service experience.
• Strong organization and detail orientation are essential.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm and integrity are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, email and internet functions.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and up selling.
• Establish positive long-term client relations.
• Educate and train clients; coordinate solutions between lab and client.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager on retention tactics.
• Monitor client satisfaction and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in the territory.
