Job summary

Border States is seeking a Jobsite Material Coordinator to oversee material handling, inventory management, and job site logistics across branch and customer locations. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and contractors to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent or work experience.
• Experience in logistics, storage, and material handling.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries and transfers to customer sites and branch locations.
• Lead Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, including warehouses and job boxes.
• Maintain inventory levels and project schedules for multiple sites.
• Perform SAP-based inventory tracking, order processing, and documentation.
