Border States is seeking a reliable Jobsite Material Coordinator to streamline material handling, inventory management, and job site logistics across branch and customer locations. Positioned in Sioux Falls, SD, this role supports daily operations by coordinating material and service deliveries and maintaining strong communication with warehouse teams, drivers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior construction experience with large equipment or forklift operation required.
• Good knowledge of electrical products and systems preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CDL Class A license and medical certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries, shipments, and transfers to sites and branches.
• Receive freight and inspect for damage or shortages.
• Manage inventory levels and Vendor Managed Inventory programs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
