Job summary

Border States is seeking a Jobsite Material Coordinator to coordinate material handling, inventory management, and job site logistics across branch and customer locations. You will support day-to-day operations at the customer jobsites, provide material coordination and delivery communications with warehouse, drivers, and contractors, and ensure inventory programs meet internal and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Prefer a two-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Construction experience with large equipment or forklift required.
• Valid Class A CDL with medical certification is a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older; English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries and transfers to client sites and branches.
• Receive freight, inspect for damage or shortages.
• Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and storage assets.
• Maintain inventory levels and project schedules; track back-ordered items.
• Ensure safety, and SAP-based documentation of warehouse activities.
