Job summary

Nilfisk is seeking an IVS Specialist to join our remote Sales team. You will develop commercial and technical solutions, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations and manage tenders while negotiating terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead training, support post-sale activities and build long-term relationships with customers and dealers, leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools to optimise margins and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into industrial sectors such as Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Manufacturing.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to manage multi-site accounts.
• Ability to lead projects from quote to training and after-sales support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and respond to sales leads and opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and delivery terms to maximise margins.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Build long-term relationships across segments and with the dealer network.
• Project manage multiple initiatives and provide full technical solutions.
