Job summary

IQNOVO is seeking an AI Sales Executive to drive new business from a fully remote location in the United States. You will identify opportunities, conduct product demos, and present IQNOVO’s enterprise AI solutions to key decision-makers.

You will manage a sales pipeline, develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long-term relationships. Prior SaaS sales in B2B preferred; AI knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• MUST close first sale within 1–2 months; quotas rise after initial ramp.
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales, ideally AI or enterprise software.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills with C‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to explain AI/LLM concepts in business terms.
• Proficient with CRM systems, analytics tools, and standard productivity software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proven revenue achievement.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in fast-growing environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; prioritize multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities; manage sales pipeline.
