VOSS Automotive is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join the North Carolina team, with remote work options. You will bridge technical expertise and customer needs, performing needs analysis, product demonstrations, and RFQ leadership to win business for VOSS solutions in the U.S.

market. The role requires a engineering or technical degree, 3–5 years in a similar role with fluid management experience, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role with fluid management knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including international travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for large and small groups.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to close opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Engage, qualify and conduct needs analysis to scope customer requirements.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including retrofit/up-fit work on trucks.
• Lead product demonstrations and influence decision-makers.
• Lead and manage customer RFQ processes with technical input.
• Collaborate across project teams and escalate needs as required.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and resolve sales-related issues.
• Gather competitor insights and highlight VOSS value points.
• Support field marketing events and document activity in Salesforce.
• Prepare follow-up communications and distribute product collateral.
