Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking an International Inside Sales Representative to support global sales efforts. You will coordinate with Sales Directors, administration, engineering, and legal to capture requirements and move opportunities forward.

You will qualify inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, maintain CRM data, and stay informed about Silvus products to assist customers worldwide. Some travel to events may be required.

Qualificações

• Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or an equivalent national qualification; high school diploma or GED) is required.
• Sales experience in a technology-related industry.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as an initial point of contact for international clients, capturing and organizing technical and programmatic requirements to enable handoff to the appropriate team members.
• Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across internal stakeholders.
• Assist with preparing quotes and proposals, managing CRM updates, and monitoring opportunity progress.
• Maintain working knowledge of Silvus products to aid in internal alignment and customer communication.
• Help prepare presentation materials, organize web-based client discussions, and ensure smooth information flow between teams.
• Regular virtual interaction with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Legal.
• Occasional travel to trade events or meetings (approximately 5–10%).
