Job summary

DNOW seeks an Integrated Solutions Specialist to lead the design and implementation of internal and client-facing integrations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and schedule.

You will manage project plans, requirements, and timelines, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure effective documentation and training support while collaborating with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of deliverables and offerings.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Ability to deliver results and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Excel, Project, Visio, Smartsheet, Outlook.
• Prior SAP experience or ERP understanding.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Develop project requirements, scope, and implementation plans with timelines.
• Lead internal and client-facing integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and clients to meet objectives.
• Maintain project materials and run recurring status meetings.
• Communicate risks early and adjust plans accordingly.
• Create SOPs and assist in user training with centralized training teams.
• Respond to urgent branch support and drive process improvements.
