Siena AI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of customer lifecycle. This role involves pre-sales demos and post-sales integrations, supporting the entire GTM team by building demo environments and training staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a Solutions/Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems like Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demo and asset library for sales.
• Lead live technical discovery and own POC programs.
• Scope integrations and draft Statements of Work.
