Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or comparable independent assessments.
• Experience evaluating governance, management practices, risks, issues, schedules, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior level contributor or project manager.
• Manage resource allocation within the unit and coordinate with senior management.
• Be the central point of contact for project issues and client expectations.
• Maintain availability information for resources and facilitate design discussions.
• Ensure compliance with standards and include all costs in forecasts.
• Lead IV&V engagements supporting technology implementations and transformations.
• Coordinate assessment activities, including document reviews and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and executive briefings for clients.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice growth where opportunities arise.
