Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight for complex technology implementation and modernization programs. This role combines project management with independent verification and validation responsibilities to evaluate governance, controls, risk, and delivery effectiveness.

The successful candidate will provide objective assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
5+ years leading technology implementations, modernization, or digital transformation.
2+ years performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or audits.
Strong analytical, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

Lead IV&V engagements and governance assessments for technology projects.
Coordinate resource allocation and interface with clients and senior management.
Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities (document reviews, interviews, workshops).
Assess governance, risks, schedules, delivery performance, and readiness.
Develop findings, recommendations, and executive-level reports.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business development.
