Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate is seeking an ITSM Developer to design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions that meet business needs in a healthcare setting. You will configure features, build custom applications, and integrate ITSM with external systems, using JavaScript, GlideScript, and ITSM APIs.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in ITSM development (7+ with no degree), CMDB/ITOM experience, and knowledge of HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field; or 4 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years as ITSM Developer; 7 years total if no degree.
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, ITSM APIs.
Experience with ITSM processes and Service Portal development.
Experience with CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
Experience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms AWS/Azure.
ITSM CSA and CAD certifications; ITIL Foundation or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions to meet business needs.
Configure out-of-the-box features, develop custom apps, and integrate with third-party systems.
Hands-on development within the ITSM platform including scripts, rules, UI, workflows, and catalog items.
