Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement ServiceNow applications and platform features. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.

Requires 3+ years in ServiceNow development with ITSM/ITOM focus, plus experience with GRC, IRM, and SPM modules. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Experience with ServiceNow Glide API, REST API, and SOAP API integrations.
Strong focus on ITSM and ITOM within ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with IRM modules (GRC, Vendor Risk, Security Incident Response).
Experience with SPM modules (Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management).
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
Healthcare setting experience preferred.
