Job summary

G2IT seeks an experienced Applications Developer (Level 3) to design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and ITSM platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience within ServiceNow and/or BMC environments and the ability to deliver complex, scalable software.

Responsibilities include building workflows, portals, APIs, automation, and integrations within ITSM platforms, and writing clean, efficient code in C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript to ensure

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing web-based applications.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, ServiceNow and/or BMC workflows, portals/self-service, APIs, automation, and integrations.
• Proficient in C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript for responsive, scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of clean, scalable software development practices.
• Experience debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex applications.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CISSP, or CASP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow/BMC workflows, portals, and self-service capabilities.
• Design and implement APIs, automation, and integrations within ITSM platforms.
• Develop applications using C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code; debug and resolve issues.
• Perform application testing to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Support ongoing enhancements and improvements to software solutions.
