Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in El Segundo, CA is seeking an ITSM Integration Engineer to own and extend enterprise platforms. You will configure, integrate, maintain, and troubleshoot COTS systems, and build integrations via APIs and scripting to support automation and operational efficiency.

This hands‑on role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in systems administration or integration, and IAT II or Security+ CE certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience in systems administration or integration.
• IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+ CE).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Design, implement, and sustain integrations using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and connectors.
• Build and maintain automation workflows, plugins, and configuration‑based extensions.
• Develop scripts and utilities to support integration and operational efficiency.
• Document configurations and procedures for long‑term sustainment.
• Work independently with ownership and coordinate with adjacent teams.
