Job summary

Definitive Networks (DNI) in Pleasanton seeks an IT Technician to deliver remote and on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed logs in our helpdesk system. You will contribute to desktop rollouts, cloud/server builds, migrations, and network enhancements while communicating clearly with clients.

Ideal candidates have Windows 10/Server experience, Office 365 proficiency, and networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS (2012–2022).
• Experience with Office 365 and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to work remotely and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and hands-on IT support to clients.
• Research and identify solutions, diagnose issues, and log interactions in our Helpdesk system.
• Participate in desktop rollouts, cloud/server builds and migrations, and network enhancements.
• Explain complex technical topics in plain English.
