Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a Technician II to deliver both onsite and remote IT support, resolving OS, printer, and app issues while ensuring high client satisfaction. You will handle deployments, basic server and network tasks, and participate in after-hours coverage.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in helpdesk, strong Windows/Mac troubleshooting, MSP exposure, and active IT certifications. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access for client visits are required.

Qualifications

Experience in full-time on-site support or client-facing roles.
Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
Minimum two years in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
Experience with MSPs is highly desirable.
Active IT Certifications are preferred.
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
Resolve printer issues of any kind.
Troubleshoot standard business applications (Office, etc.).
Troubleshoot line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and vendor-supported niche apps.
Address basic server issues.
Address basic networking issues.
Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.
