Job summary

CDI Products, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide user support for desktops, laptops, printers and software across a manufacturing environment in Humble, TX. You will diagnose issues, configure devices, and assist with onboarding.

The role requires strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, plus familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, VPN and remote desktop tools. You will respond to tickets promptly, document resolutions, and collaborate with IT peers

Qualifications

Requires relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network +, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician).
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar IT support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux and common software (Microsoft Office, email).
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users for desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a Windows 10/11 environment.
Install, configure and maintain desktop hardware and software.
Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and office equipment.
Respond to support tickets and document resolutions.
