The position requires 1+ years of IT support experience, Windows proficiency, and knowledge of AD/DNS/DHCP. A+ certification is preferred. This is a full-time/direct-hire, onsite role with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support, desktop support, networking, or cabling experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and structured cabling preferred.
• A+ certification or equivalent technical certification preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, peripherals, and servers.
• Support Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Install, test, and support network equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber cabling.
• Document service activities and resolve technical issues promptly.
