TeamLogic IT in the United States seeks an IT Technician III to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers and security solutions.

You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and server administration. If you are self-motivated and enjoy solving problems with great customer service, you’ll fit right in.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $30.00–$32.00 and opportunities for training and growth.

Competenze

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting MSP clients is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide service desk support via phone, portal, and email for timely issue resolution.
• Remote and onsite troubleshooting for networks and servers.
• Provisioning and system setups for new hires.
• Perform remote diagnostics and hands-on fixes when needed.
• Administer servers and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP; manage firewall and switches.
• Ensure antivirus and security updates are current.
• Maintain relationships across departments and ensure safety standards.
