Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a skilled MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, and security solutions. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer service oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Provide service desk support via phone, portal, or email with courteous, timely resolutions.
• Perform provisioning and setup for new hires and office devices.
• Prioritize incidents and requests to meet defined SLAs.
• Use remote tools for diagnostics and on-site fixes as needed.
• Install and configure hardware and software across network devices.
• Maintain antivirus definitions and security hygiene.
• Administer Windows server roles: AD, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
• Manage firewall and switch configurations and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities
