TeamLogic IT Fort Mill seeks an skilled MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers and security. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration.

If you are self-motivated, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in customer service, you will fit right in. Responsibilities include provisioning for new hires, prioritizing incidents to meet SLAs, and hands-on hardware fixes.

Qualifications

• Requires a computer science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, servers, and security.
• Strong service-desk skills with courteous, timely responses.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line support via phone, portal, or email to resolve end-user issues.
• Handle remote and onsite troubleshooting and server/network maintenance.
• Install and configure hardware/software across network devices.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Maintain security with antivirus and firewall tooling.
• Deliver preventative maintenance and build good internal relationships.
