Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician Level I to provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians. The role focuses on troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, peripherals, and user accounts.

An Associates Degree or equivalent along with 1–4 years IT experience is required, with A+ certification and additional certs preferred. Travel to offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years IT experience.
• Required certification in A+, with additional certification in at least one: Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.
