Job summary

GI Alliance seeks an IT Technician I to provide technical support to practice offices, the CBO, and physicians. You will troubleshoot hardware, install software, and maintain user accounts across office locations, with travel as needed within and outside the DFW Metroplex.

Associate’s degree or equivalent with 1–4 years in IT, plus A+ certification and at least one of Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. VMware knowledge is a plus and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent and 1‑4 years of IT or related field experience.
• 1‑4 years of IT or related field experience is required.
• Certification in A+ is required, with additional certification in Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
• Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and system groups.
