Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an IT Technician I to provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals, and document changes while upgrading software as needed.

The ideal candidate has an A+ certification (additional certs such as Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT or VCP are a plus) and VMware familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with 1-4 years IT experience.
• Must have A+ certification; additional certs preferred (Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP).
• Willingness to travel to office locations and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals; document changes and upgrades as needed.
• Manage user accounts and security, and assist with hardware/software upgrades; travel to multiple office locations.
