Qualifications

• 8 years of experience supporting complex network operations.

• 5 years identifying alternatives for hardware, software and system configurations with cost/benefit analysis.
• 4 years in client relations to resolve contract development and personnel issues.
• 3+ years establishing processes to support task or project management.
• 3 years providing performance appraisal and staff feedback.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve processes to manage technical tasks and projects.
• Recruit and coordinate technical staff for task execution.
• Work with clients to resolve contract, development, and personnel issues.
• Lead end-user/workstation support teams and security administration.
• Plan work, monitor progress, and report status.
• Evaluate hardware, software, and configuration options and prepare recommendations.
• Support complex network operations and workstation security.
