NuAxis Innovations in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure support engagements, coordinate multiple concurrent tasks, manage client relationships, staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics.

The role requires deep enterprise infrastructure and network-security knowledge, including COOP programs, server hardware, UNIX/Linux and Windows administration, firewall and SAN/NAS support, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in client relations and resolving contract, development, and personnel issues.
• 5+ years developing performance metrics for staffing, requirements matching and hiring.
• 5+ years managing infrastructure support contracts with team sizes, recruitment, and supervision.
• 5+ years managing multi-task infrastructure contracts including planning, budgeting, staffing, and control.
• 5+ years with server hardware installation/repair; UNIX/Linux and Windows administration; enterprise firewall, routers/switches; SAN/NAS.
• 5+ years managing COOP requirements and programs (risk management, facilities, testing, training).
• 5+ years maintaining and upgrading local and wide area networks, including security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with multiple concurrent task assignments.
• Plan, budget, staff, monitor, and control contract performance.
• Develop performance metrics to analyze staffing and hiring.
• Manage client relationships and resolve contract and personnel issues.
• Oversee recruitment, development, supervision, and salary administration.
• Manage help desk and infrastructure support operations for large teams.
• Provide on-site decision-making authority as required.
• Oversee enterprise server, OS, firewall, router/switch, telecommunications, SAN, NAS support.
• Oversee COOP programs: risk assessments, alternate facilities, testing, training, exercises.
• Oversee network operations and security administration.
