Qualifications

• 8 years of experience supporting complex network operations and security.
• 5 years identifying hardware/software alternatives and cost/benefit analysis.
• 4 years in client relations resolving contract and personnel issues.
• 4 years leading a technical team of at least 5 staff.
• 3 years establishing processes for task or project management.
• 3 years providing performance appraisal and feedback.
• 3 years recruiting and staffing coordination for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve processes to manage infrastructure tasks and projects.
• Support performance appraisals, feedback, training needs, and staff development.
• Recruit, interview, and coordinate technical staff for task execution.
• Maintain client relationships and assist in contract and personnel issues.
• Lead infrastructure and network teams, including security administration.
• Plan work, control projects, monitor progress, and report status.
• Prepare technical specs and guide staff on deliverables.
• Develop work standards and review team outputs for quality.
• Evaluate hardware/software alternatives and provide cost/benefit recommendations.
• Support complex network operations, including installs, testing, optimization, and maintenance.
