TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to kick off a hands-on training program. You will learn recruiting fundamentals with an Onboarding Coach, then move into a Recruiter role handling the full lifecycle for IT consultants.

You will leverage AI tools, develop sourcing strategies, and coach talent on market trends and resume techniques. The role offers competitive base pay with weekly commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-generated insights to inform data-driven decisions during recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skills, labor rates, location decisions, and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients.
