Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to join our onboarding program and advance to a Recruiter role, partnering with consultants and clients to deliver top IT talent. You will learn recruiting fundamentals from an onboarding coach and progress to managing full recruitment cycles across multiple customers.

You will leverage AI-driven insights, build relationships, and coach candidates on market trends, client expectations, and interview techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal and ethical standards, team-oriented
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Interest in commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Willingness to learn and experiment to find best solutions

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage end-to-end recruiting cycles
• Coach candidates on market trends, resumes, interviews and skills
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools and AI to identify talent
• Use AI insights to guide decisions throughout recruitment
• Advise account managers on skill availability, labor rates and timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates
• Demonstrate expertise in the relevant specialization
