TEKsystems is hiring a Recruiter Trainee to launch a career in IT talent acquisition. You will receive extensive hands-on training with an Onboarding Coach and transition into a Recruiter role, managing end-to-end recruitment for IT consultants.

You’ll build relationships, coach candidates on market trends, and use AI tools to source top talent. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strong client collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience or 4 years of full-time professional experience in a customer facing role.
• Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships
• Ability to work in a team environment and relate openly with diverse groups
• Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best solutions

Responsabilidades

• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching about market trends and skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI to identify suitable talent.
• Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions in recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skills availability, rates, and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates.
• Demonstrate knowledge within the aligned specialization.
