TEKsystems is seeking a motivated Recruiter Trainee to join a comprehensive training program. You will work with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals and, after successful training, move into a Recruiter role managing IT consultant placements end-to-end.

Responsibilities include sourcing top IT talent, building client relationships, coaching candidates on market trends and resumes, using AI tools for insights, and negotiating compensation.
