TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo an extensive hands-on training program with an Onboarding Coach, transitioning into a Recruiter role to recruit top IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle. The role emphasizes relationship-building, market coaching, and data-driven decision making using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associates Degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and relate openly with diverse groups.
• Desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best possible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including in-house AI tools.
• Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions during recruitment.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions, and onboarding timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for clients’ needs.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned skill/industry specialization.
