Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo an extensive hands-on training program with an onboarding coach before moving into a recruiter role. You will recruit IT consultants, build client relationships, coach candidates, and leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and decision-making.

As part of a dynamic team, you will participate in a performance-based environment with weekly commissions, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, or Associates Degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a role that interacts with customers.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with high ethical standards.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse groups of people.
• Interest in commission-driven, performance-based environment with ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and be the main point of contact throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and provide career coaching on market trends and interviewing techniques.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI insights to identify top talent for client requirements.
• Use data-driven decisions and AI-generated insights to guide recruitment processes.
• Advise account managers and clients on skills availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge within specialized skill areas to support recruiting efforts.
