Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee to start with hands-on onboarding and a comprehensive training program. You will learn recruiting fundamentals with an Onboarding Coach and then advance to a Recruiter role managing full recruitment cycles for IT consultants.

You will build relationships, coach candidates on market trends, and develop sourcing strategies using AI tools to identify top talent for client requirements. Competitive base salary with commissions and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree with 3+ years of professional experience
• 4 years of full-time professional experience in a customer facing role

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle, creating a world-class experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants by providing career coaching on market-trends, labor rates, resume creation, interviewing techniques, and emerging skills.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies leveraging various tools and technologies, including in-house AI tools, increasing your ability to identify the best talent for a specific customer requirement.
• Use AI-generated insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the recruitment process.
• Leverage market expertise to advise account managers and clients on skill-set availability, labor rates, hiring location decisions, and timelines for identifying and onboarding talent.
• Negotiate unique compensation packages to attract and hire candidates for our clients’ needs.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge within the aligned skill-specialization, industry specialization, or role specialization.
