Job summary

NBT is seeking an IT Support Technician in New York to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals. You will document, upgrade or replace hardware and software, and manage user accounts and access rights to ensure reliable IT services.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or equivalent, at least 3 years in IT, strong communication, a team attitude, and solid Windows PC skills.

• Provides Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
• Fulfills other administrative duties as assigned.
