Job summary
LITTLE TREES in Watertown, NY is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and security. - Experience in hardware/software/network troubleshooting and security basics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from Help Desk Technicians
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software
- Maintain compliance with software licensing requirements
- Assist with deploying and troubleshooting Communications Technologies (Phone systems, etc.)
- Perform Server and Network maintenance as directed
- Coordinate user hardware or software deployment
- Occasional after-hours or weekend hours required
