Job summary

NBT is seeking an IT Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals. You will document, upgrade or replace hardware and software, and support user accounts.

Candidates must have Associate degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years IT experience; A+ certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment. Some nights/weekends may be required; on-site in NY with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in IT related field.
• Must obtain A+ certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Documents, maintains, upgrades, and replaces hardware and software systems.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs more complex computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Analyzes and trends utilization metrics of various systems.
• Provide Business Recovery support relating to IT initiatives.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
