Qualifications

Responsibilities

• On-site work with consistent attendance and reliable presence.
• Maintain all office computer hardware/software and coordinate with contractor support.
• Install, test, and repair computers and peripheral equipment.
• Install and maintain software across devices and users.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide end-user support.
• Assist in IT projects and document progress and results.
• Support QA activities and assist the IT team as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
