Job summary

ReviveRX is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain the security, stability, and performance of our enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows and Apple environments. You will own day-to-day administration of M365, Entra ID, and Intune, and manage JAMF for Apple devices.

You will provide advanced Tier 2/3 support, drive incident response, and enforce change management to keep production services reliable. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, plus documentation and ongoing

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT systems administration across Windows and Apple environments.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
• 3+ years with JAMF for Apple device lifecycle management.
• Strong history of client management, endpoint security, and compliance.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID.
• Manage user identities, access policies, and SSO configurations.
• Oversee Microsoft Teams configuration, integration, support, and automation.
• Implement and manage device compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer JAMF for Apple device management, deployment, and compliance.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation for systems and configurations.
• Follow change management for production updates; testing and rollback planning.
• Participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery planning.
