Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Seven years of professional IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects and mentor team members.
• Proven delivery of technical initiatives on time.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, configure Windows and Mac OS in AD, standalone, and hybrid environments.
• Manage MacOS with JAMF and Mac scripting.
• Automate desktop management with programming/scripting.
• Plan and implement system enhancements and deploy applications.
• Patch management and packaging with scripting.
• Leverage AD, JAMF, VDI, Azure, Intune, Office 365, AWS, and OMS for secure operations.
• Provide conference room AV support as needed.
• Test and supervise OS updates, patches, and deployments.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities on endpoints.
• Work in ServiceNow to resolve incidents within SLA.
