Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise macOS administration or engineering.
- Hands-on Jamf Pro management in enterprise environments.
- Strong Bash/Zsh scripting and automation experience.
- Experience integrating macOS with Entra ID/AD and SSO.
- Experience patching, deployment, and endpoint security on macOS.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot enterprise macOS environments using Jamf Pro/Cloud.
- Develop Jamf policies, profiles, scripts, and deployment workflows.
- Manage ADE, Apple Business Manager, MDM, and DDM workflows.
- Script automation and integration with identity services and PKI.
- Support macOS upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Provide advanced escalation support including executive support.
