Job summary

Lendbuzz in Boston is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own endpoint management, asset lifecycle, and day-to-day IT support for the office. You will be the resident expert on Apple device management using Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect, while supporting Windows, Linux, and mobile endpoints.

You will manage JumpCloud as an MDM for mixed environments, maintain ABM configurations, and drive automation to reduce recurring tickets. Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint management.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect for macOS fleets.
• Knowledge of JumpCloud for managing Windows/Linux endpoints.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint management and IT asset lifecycle for the Boston office.
• Administer Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect and JumpCloud across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Manage ABM for device enrollment, licensing, and Managed Apple IDs.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, asset provisioning, onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain SOPs, incident response, and cross-team collaboration.
• Own Jira ticket queue and drive process improvements.
