Job summary

MDx is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain security, stability, and performance of our enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows and Apple environments. The role owns day-to-day admin of M365, Entra ID, Intune, and JAMF-based device management, with Tier 2/3 support and change-management practices.

Responsibilities include configuring Teams, managing SSO, and supporting high-availability services while collaborating on IT projects.

Qualifications

4+ years in IT systems administration or systems engineering across Windows and Apple environments.
3+ years with Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams configuration and SSO setup.
3+ years of JAMF for Apple device lifecycle management.
Strong client management, endpoint security, and compliance experience.
Familiar with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and basic networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID.
Manage user identities, access policies, and Single Sign-On configurations.
Oversee Microsoft Teams configuration, integration, support, and automation.
Implement and manage device compliance and security policies using Intune.
Administer JAMF for Apple device management, including deployment and compliance.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows and macOS environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
