Job summary

Cross River is seeking an Engineer, IT Enterprise Systems Support to assist ~200 end users across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. You will resolve issues, manage tickets, and provide remote and on-site support with strong customer service and teamwork.

The role requires expertise across Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, SCCM, and network fundamentals, while supporting executive users and maintaining knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced enterprise.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English with ticketing and remote support skills.
• Strong Windows, macOS, and Apple hardware expertise; Linux and mobile devices a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID (Azure AD), PowerShell, and productivity tools.
• Hands-on with endpoint management platforms: Intune, Jamf, SCCM, Autopilot, lifecycle processes.
• Solid networking fundamentals: VPNs, MFA, switches/routers, wireless, Cisco, Fortinet.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving for executive/VIP users.
• Organizational, analytical, and project leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees via phone, email, chat, remote or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, connectivity, and end-user computing issues.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and deployments.
• Manage requests through the ticketing system with documentation and proactive updates.
• Support networking, cloud, and endpoint tech including VPN, MFA, and remote access.
• Deliver operational support for conference room tech, AV, telephony, and security systems.
• Lead endpoint lifecycle activities: provisioning, OS deployments, upgrades, asset tracking, warranty.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new tech.
• Assist onboarding and VIP user support as needed.
