Job summary

Elevity is seeking a Technical Services Engineer II to provide remote and onsite IT support, resolving complex issues across servers, cloud environments, and networking infrastructure. You will escalate when needed and document all requests thoroughly.

Requirements include 3 years of IT experience, certifications in major vendors, and Elevity/vendor certification within the first year. Travel to client sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical experience in IT support or engineering roles.
• Minimum of one industry recognized technical certification in Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco or relevant vendors.
• Obtain Elevity Approved Associate certification within 1 year.
• Obtain and maintain required Elevity vendor certifications.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016–2025, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, hardware, Windows and Mac OS, and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide both remote and onsite support to resolve complex IT issues with high customer service standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems involving servers, cloud environments, and networking infrastructure.
• Serve as an escalation point beyond Service Desk, NOC, and TSE I Engineers.
• Document all service requests and maintain thorough records in the ticketing system.
• Generate detailed network and technical documentation; provide timely updates to clients.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Self-schedule service calls on site/remote for managed clients.
