Job summary

Elevity, a Gordon Flesch Company subsidiary, seeks a Technical Services Engineer II to support clients both remotely and on-site, resolving complex IT issues across servers, cloud platforms, and networking. You will document work, generate network documentation, and collaborate with a team to maintain high service levels.

Candidate should have 3+ years of IT support/engineering experience, relevant certifications, and a willingness to obtain Elevity certifications within a year.

Qualifications

• 3 years of technical IT support or engineering experience.
• Minimum of one industry recognized technical certification (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco or relevant).
• Obtain Elevity Approved Associate certification within 1 year.
• Obtain and maintain required Elevity vendor certifications.
• Knowledge: Windows Server 2016–2025, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite support to resolve complex IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems in servers, cloud environments, and networking infrastructure.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues beyond Service Desk, NOC and TSE I Engineers.
• Log service requests and maintain documentation in ticketing system.
• Generate detailed network and technical documentation.
• Deliver timely updates prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Self-schedule service calls for managed clients.
• Complete training and certifications as required.
