Job summary

Elevity is seeking an IT support engineer to provide both remote and onsite assistance for complex issues across servers, cloud, and networking. You will escalate when needed and maintain thorough ticketing documentation while delivering clear client updates.

The role emphasizes certification attainment, cross-team collaboration, and regular travel to client sites within the assigned market area, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.

Qualifications

3 years of technical IT support or engineering experience.
At least one industry recognized certification (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) or equivalent.
Elevity Approved Associate certification within 1 year and vendor certifications.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Azure, networking, hardware and AD.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and onsite support to resolve complex IT issues at high service standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced problems involving servers, cloud environments, and networking.
Serve as escalation point for projects beyond Service Desk, NOC and TSE I Engineers.
Log requests and maintain documentation in the ticketing system.
Generate detailed network and technical documentation.
Deliver timely updates and prioritize client satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve client issues efficiently.
Self-schedule on-site/remote service calls for managed clients.
Complete company training and certifications as required.
