Job summary

Entre Technology Services seeks an Engineer I/II/III to support clients across Montana and beyond, with on-site and remote IT services. You will assist the service desk, manage escalations, and lead small to mid-size projects while ensuring data integrity and security.

The role requires 3-7+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, and cloud services. Travel to client sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years helpdesk/field-onsite technical support experience for small/medium businesses.
• Experience with data integrity, backups (Veeam/Acronis) preferred.
• Windows Server administration incl. AD, GPOs, Trusts, Print/Apps Servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive and proactive desktop/server/network support for clients.
• Accurate time entry for service tickets (7.5 hours daily).
• Monthly billing targets: ~80% of typical 160-hour month.
• Lower response and resolution times through proactive work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server/network tickets in addition to workstation issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues; document work.
